Returns and Exchanges Policy:
If you are not delighted with your purchase all you have to do is return your purchase to Latte & Miele Children’s Emporium within 14 days, fully packaged and in a re-saleable condition, and we will send an exchange, a credit note or refund. We are not able to refund the cost of postage and are unable to accept returns of personalised products. When posting goods back to Latte & Miele Children’s Emporium please obtain proof of postage as refunds can only be given once goods are received by us.

Damaged Goods:

Methods of Payment:
Latte & Miele Children’s Emporium accept Paypal payments and Postal Orders as payment. You should allow 3 days for your payment to be cleared and an additional 3 days for your order to be dispatched.

Delivery Charges
When you make a purchase with Latte & Miele Children’s Emporium your delivery will be sent out via Royal Mail or our courier service. The cost of delivery is added to your purchase total before you are asked for payment. Some especially large or heavy items within our range incur an additional per item delivery cost, as we are unable to deliver them via our standard courier. Catalogue items featuring the lorry symbol are sent via special courier. Please add the following excess charges to the standard £4.95 delivery charge. UK orders for over £30 receive FREE postage and packing.

International and Remote Deliveries:
Deliveries to remote and non-mainland UK addresses may incur additional charges. All prices are quoted in GBP sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of VAT, at 15%. If you live outside the European Community UK sales tax does not apply and will not be included in your invoice total. Latte & Miele Children’s Emporium do not take any responsibility for customs or import duties once your order reaches your country.
